The Cyclonic Storm "Biparjoy" has moved nearly northwards with a speed of 2 kmph during the last 6 hours and intensified into a Severe Cyclonic Storm. It is expected to move nearly northwards during the next 24 hours and intensify into a Very Severe Cyclonic Storm. Thereafter, it is predicted to track north-northwestwards during the subsequent three days. Due to this, heavy rains may affect the Southern Konkan coast till June 11. A western disturbance over Jammu-Kashmir may produce light or moderate isolated rainfall with thunderstorms and lightning over Northwest India on June 7. Thundersquall may also impact West Rajasthan on June 7.
